Maplecrest Valley Apiary

Starting with one hive in 2009, Maplecrest Valley Apiary founder, Rick Pelham, has since expanded his hobby into a small business with nearly 30 hives in two locations. The original apiary is situated near an organic vegetable farm and several square miles of wildflowers in Maplecrest. The secondary location is only a few miles away in a remote area of Windham. These rural towns can be found in the heart of the Catskill Mountains in New York.
