The Windham Path
The Windham Path provides the only public access to the Batavia Kill stream in
Windham and meanders through meadows and woodlands and across bridges providing
fantastic views of the Great Northern Catskills. Make a point to take a break
during your ride or walk to enjoy the gem of the Windham Path, the magnificent
and picturesque covered bridge that spans the Batavia Kill stream.
Windham Bike Park
Windham Mountain Bike Park offers a truly unique downhill riding experience, and
the longest jump trail on the East Coast. Outstanding natural Catskill Mountain
terrain has been expertly developed by world renowned trail designers – Gravity
Logic, giving riders of all levels something to get stoked about. Miles of
trails are serviced by the brand new Westside Six, a high speed six passenger
lift, you’ll never pedal uphill.

Windham Theatre
The Windham Theatre is anything but your typical Theatre! The premise does have
a theatre (which is pending its re-opening given state and local guideline) but
a lobster bake and hotel accommodations.
Windham Fine Arts
Gracious and pristine, the Gallery on Main is a contemporary art gallery located
in Windham, NY, just 2 hours north of NYC. The Gallery opened its doors in 2001
after a 3 year restoration of the original 1855 structure. Steeped in elegance
and charm, the Gallery’s 3000 sf space is loved by artists and patrons alike.
The Gallery represents many diverse and distinguished artists, both local and
internationally acclaimed. Solo and group exhibitions are featured regularly;
cultural and artist’s events are held year round.
Windham Country Club
Known for its beautiful golf course atop the Catskill Mountains, Windham Country
Club is an 18-hole public golf course with a private club atmosphere. Located in
the heart of Windham, NY, the course is scenic and challenging with beautiful
greens and fairways that follow the Batavia Kill and spectacular views of the
Great Northern Catskills.

Maplecrest Valley Apiary
Starting with one hive in 2009, Maplecrest Valley Apiary founder, Rick Pelham,
has since expanded his hobby into a small business with nearly 30 hives in two
locations. The original apiary is situated near an organic vegetable farm and
several square miles of wildflowers in Maplecrest. The secondary location is
only a few miles away in a remote area of Windham. These rural towns can be
found in the heart of the Catskill Mountains in New York.

C D Lane Park
Town park featuring Baseball field, soccer field, basketball court, and
playground. Enjoy a picnic or BBQ or host a private party at the pavilion.
Elm Ridge Wild Forest
The 1,355-acre Elm Ridge Wild Forest is located in the northeast corner of the
Catskill Forest Preserve. The unit contains a 1.5-mile portion of the Escarpment
Trail, the 1.1-mile long Elm Ridge Trail, and numerous other trails totaling
more than 25 miles available for multiple uses, including hiking, cross-country
skiing, and mountain biking. There are two parking areas that serve the unit,
one on NYS Route 23 to the northwest and the other at the end of Peck Road to
the south.
Colgate Lake Wild Forest
The 1500-acre Colgate Lake Wild Forest features the scenic Colgate Lake in the
Catskill Forest Preserve. The lake is a popular spot for fishing, kayaking and
primitive camping. The yellow marked Colgate Lake Trail travels just over 4
miles to Dutcher Notch and the Escarpment Trail. The wild forest is surrounded
by the Windham Blackhead Range Wilderness Area on three sides.
